Mr. D L SHETTY

A Post-graduate in Business Administration, Mr. Shetty is one of the founding members and is the CEO of the Company. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate and has served large companies in Senior Management and leadership roles. He is specialised in managing Finance & Accounts, Internal audit, Management audit, Operations Audit etc., during his tenure in the industry. He is well trained in leadership & management concepts and is an effective communicator.

RAMESH SHETTIGAR

25+ years of experience in heading the Country HR function in MNCs including multiple manufacturing sites; business divisions, corporate HR functions during his tenure. He has strategized the Business Transformations, Business Transitions, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, and Compensation & Benefits Management, implementing the Global and customized HR policies, and driving various incentive and benefit schemes.
Being an IR expert Ramesh has successfully managed the IR situations while managing the Union. He has spearheaded many wage negotiations and successfully signed Long Term settlements with Unions. He has delivered many Leadership and People Development Training programs. Being a trained Competency-based Interviewer, he has hired many Leadership positions. He has managed the green-field project for a state of the art factory. Being a compliance expert, he is thorough in compliance, registrations, and various licenses for start-up factories and offices.
Ramesh is the Alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur, Mangalore University and NIPM. He is a DDI certified Training Facilitator, Mercer certified C&B, Oscar Murphy certified Trainer, and Omnex certified TS and EMS Auditor. He has travelled to Singapore, Japan, UK, China, Malaysia, Srilanka, and Hongkong for HR-related conferences and meetings. Being a passionate writer in Kannada he has penned two fictional novels, various stories, poems, and articles which have been published in leading Kannada magazines.

CA. GANESH J. SHETTIGAR

Ganesh Shettigar is our Principal Consultant. A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the founder and Senior Partner of M/s. Ganesh Shettigar & Co., Chartered Accountants, based out of Bengaluru. Having started the firm in the year 1995, as Chartered Accountant, he is providing wide range of professional services to Corporate & other Business groups and has been a buddy for their business endeavours and a partner for their business excellence. Among many other aspects, his areas of expertise include Statutory Audits, Internal & Management Audits, Concurrent Audits, Forensic & Special investigation Audits, CFO Services, Tax planning services, Financial Advisory Services, Financial structuring / re-structuring Advisory, Preparing and vetting of TEV Study Reports, designing & setting up of business processes, internal Control systems and accounting systems and so on.

CS. SHASHIKALA HEMANTH

An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and practising Company Secretary, is associated with the company as an independent Professional, Associate and handles Corporate Law related matters and compliances. She is Post-graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of Corporate law compliance matters, like company incorporation, compliances under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA and RBI Regulations, Formation of LLP under LLP Act, 2008. She also provides wide range of company secretarial services, including maintenance of documents and records as per Company Law.

Mr. K R C ACHAR (Retd. D M of Canara Bank)

Mr. K R Channakeshava Achar, a Retd. Divisional Manager from Canara Bank is another Principal Consultant. Prior to his retirement, he had served in Banking sector for over 35 years, and had spent considerable time of service in Credit Appraisals and Credit Monitoring department. He has vast experience in Banking sector includes his expertise in Business Finance & Industrial Credit, as he worked most in these areas during his tenure with the Bank. He is a Commerce graduate along with CAIIB qualification to his Credit. A thorough Professional, Mr. Achar, is associated with us, in his capacity as Principal Consultant, and assists in the areas of Project appraisals, TEV Study Reports, Resolution Plans, Corporate Debt Restructuring, Computation of WC, Trade Finance & other Financial requirements of business & industry and Banking Advisory Services.
